Ryan Oberlander is a Minneapolis-based entrepreneur with 8 years of real estate development experience, primarily focusing on medium to large retail and office projects.  Currently, Mr. Oberlander is spearheading the redevelopment of a city block at the University of Minnesota.  This high visible project, located across the street from the new TCF football stadium, will boast a hotel and office space with Class-A retail tenants.

As of recent, Mr. Oberlander founded a hard-money finance company that focuses on young entrepreneurs seeking to rehabilitate real estate ventures of up to $5 million.  He is also part of a group that funds, finances and redevelops large retail and office complex’s that are in need of assistance.
